Mitotrol

The Science behind the ingredients

Mitotrol contains three elements that give it nutritional power: polysaccharides, peptides, and spirulina blue-green algae. In order to understand the power and efficacy of Mitotrol, it is essential to understand the properties of each of its components.

These are large chains of sugars (glucose) joined together, serving as a sort of storage room for the cells. The most common polysaccharides are starch (found in plants) and glycogen, stored in the livers of animals.

Each and every one of our cells are required to produce their own energy using different elements, such as sugars, fat, or proteins. Sugars are our principal source of energy used in the short-term. In fact, around 50% of the energy our bodies use comes from sugars.

If the ingested sugars are simple, such as the ones in sweeteners, it’s better for the body if they are ingested through cereals and legumes because their absorption is slower, and provides fiber, vitamins and minerals.
